About this Program

The Introduction to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training invites Emory University’s employees to explore how their identities, and the identities of their peers, impact our daily work and experiences. Participants will explore the value of diverse perspectives and learn about the positive impact of an inclusive work environment. Through interactive exercises and discussion, attendees will gain practical knowledge on how they can support Emory’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and make meaningful change in their own spheres of influence.

Audience

This program is open to all Emory University employees.

Format

This program is a live training that can be presented in virtual or in-person formats. The training is 1 hour and 30 minutes in length. Pre-registration is required for all participants through Brainier, Emory’s new Learning Management System.
