Graduation Held for Supervisory Development Program

HR’s Learning and Organizational Development Department held its Supervisor Development Program graduation ceremony on January 24th. Eighteen (18) new supervisors completed the program which is designed for individuals who have been hired or recently promoted to a role with supervisory responsibilities. The program takes place over several months and includes courses on leadership and management.
