We want your ideas for the 2016 Staff Fest Theme/Slogan! Download contest flyer.
Emory University's Staff Fest will take place on Friday, May 13, 2016, celebrating the 2015-2016 academic year and showing appreciation to our staff members for the hard work and support they provide to the university all year.
The selected winning theme idea/slogan will be used on the 2016 Staff Fest t-shirt.
This contest is open to all Emory University regular staff (benefits-eligible staff who work 20 or more hours per week). Faculty, employees of Emory Healthcare, and individuals on the selection committee are not eligible to participate.
The winner will receive a 2016 Staff Fest t-shirt, a $25 gift card to Emory's Barnes and Noble Bookstore, and recognition with a photo in relevant promotions.
To enter a theme/slogan idea, you must complete the online submission form (see below) on or before the deadline date. For the theme/slogan, we are looking for a tag line or general idea. The theme/slogan should be one that can be embraced by all and ideally, it should connect with Emory's mission and vision. Here are a few examples from previous years:

You can submit more than one entry (enter as many ideas as you want).
Previous year contest winners are eligible.
Human Resources will use your slogan/theme idea to create a t-shirt design for Staff Fest 2016. HR reserves the right to make any adjustments deemed necessary to the winning slogan.
HR will have all rights to the winning theme/slogan. By submitting an entry, you agree that if your slogan wins, it can be used by HR on all Staff Fest promotional materials, including the event t-shirt.
All submissions must be submitted via the online form below by 5:00 pm, Friday, February 26, 2016.
The theme/slogan for Staff Fest 2016 will be voted on by a committee of Employee Council members with the final approval of HR Staff Fest committee members.
