When it comes to eating, selecting the best nutritional option can be challenging. With so many choices out there, it’s not always clear which item on a menu is the healthiest.  To take some of the guess work out of it, you can simply look for the Better Choice label in Emory Healthcare dining facilities.

Menu items marked with the Better Choice label include fresh produce, whole grains and lean or plant-based proteins. They are also lower in saturated fat, sodium, and added sugar. Every time you enter an Emory dining facility, selecting a Better Choice item puts you one step closer toward improving your overall health.
