Created specifically for Emory employees, the EVIP appointment line is a priority scheduling phone line that offers you easier access to Emory providers. By using the EVIP line, you and your dependents will receive faster appointments. The EVIP line is for making appointments with Emory's medical providers only (Aetna HSA or POS Plans); it cannot be used for making Kaiser appointments.

How to use it

Dial 404-778-EVIP to speak to an appointment representative.

  • Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to assist you in making appointments with Emory Clinic providers.
  • Non-urgent appointments will be scheduled within 14 days with the first available provider. If your preferred provider is not available, a representative will connect you with another well-qualified Emory Clinic provider or one at an Emory-affiliated practice.
  • Urgent appointments will be clinically reviewed to secure an appointment within a medically appropriate timeframe. This may include a referral to the Express Care Clinic.
