Blomeyer Virtual Programs

Blomeyer Health Fitness Center is offering a variety of virtual programs for all employees (you do not need to be a current member to participate).

Wednesday Virtual Walking Group

Walking on Wednesdays is offered virtually each Wednesday with weekly themes to keep everyone engaged. Send a picture of your walk on Wednesdays and receive 100 points on Healthy Emory Connect. Attend 5 of 7 walks and receive 1000 points. Learn more.

Daily Yoga Sessions

Yoga sessions for Emory employees take place virtually each day daily at 5:30 pm and are led by certified yoga instructors.

FSAP

If you are having trouble managing your stress, you can access free counseling services through Emory's Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP).

Daily Meditation

Daily meditation is available free, live and online with CBCT® “drop-in” sessions, that will also provide a chance to connect with others. Monday through Friday, 7:00-7:45 pm; Saturday & Sunday, 9:00-9:45 am.

Weekly Refresh

Join FSAP every Wednesday at 4:30pm for a 15-minute virtual meditation or resilience tip for the day. Access @ https://zoom.us/j/271917067.
