Standing by What Is Good: The Annual Report of the President
In the 2013 annual report, Emory President James W. Wagner celebrates a detailed and diverse record of extraordinary achievement by faculty, staff and students. See the highlights of 2013 achievements and read the full report online at http://www.emory.edu/annualreport2013.

Utilizing the advice of faculty councils in each of the schools and across the university, Emory is taking stock of, in the president’s words, “what we are most able to do, aware that we cannot do everything, and committed—above all—to do that in which we engage superlatively well.”

In that latter category, among other things, is the Commission on Liberal Arts, the new Campus Compact from the Division of Campus Life, and Emory School of Medicine and Emory Healthcare’s joint efforts to maximize resources for their shared missions of patient care, discovery, and education.
