Current Parking Permits will expire Aug. 31 – Action is Required!

Dear Faculty and Staff,

ACTION REQUIRED: Parking permits for University employees expire August 31, 2016. Please follow the instructions below to ensure you have valid parking on September 1st.

We are excited to announce that this will be the last time all employees will have to complete the bi-annual registration process. Your new permit will not have an expiration date. As long as the permit is working, you are in good standing with no citations, and the permit fees are paid, you will continue to use the same permit. The annual cost of FY 2017 annual parking permit is $672, monthly pre-tax payroll deduction of $56. The annual cost of reserved spaces remains $1,616, monthly pre-tax payroll deduction of $134.67.

Select your permit and register your vehicle and by completing the online application. The website is now available. Click https://myaccount.parking.emory.edu to login. Click on the Parking Registration link. Remember to carefully read all instructions.

When registering, you must:

  1. Select your parking permit
  2. Select and/or update your vehicle information, including make/model and license plate
  3. Specify delivery method for your permit*
  4. Select Pay Now. Monthly billing will continue for your permit.

*Permit Delivery Method Info

You will be required to select one permit delivery method.

  1. MAIL: Avoid long lines. Permits must be purchased by Wednesday, August 17th in order to be mailed. We will not mail to an address outside of the U.S, University address, or an incomplete address.
  2. PICKUP: Pickup at the parking office, Starvine/Clairmont location AFTER August 17th.

Note: All outstanding parking fines must be paid in full before you will be allowed to purchase a permit. If outstanding parking citation qualifies as an "Only Violation" according to the Parking Rules and Regulations, you do not have to pay the fine and can proceed with registration.
