There's Still Time to Register for “Know Your Numbers” Biometric Screenings
Emory’s free, onsite biometric screenings offer employees, retirees, spouses, and same-sex domestic partners the opportunity to check key health measurements, including height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), body composition, blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, waist circumference, and HbA1c. Completing a screening AND a health risk assessment can earn you $150 towards your Emory medical plan. Learn more and register for your screening.

Annual Camp and Learning EXPO a Huge Success
The WorkLife Resource Center hosted Emory’s Annual Camp and Learning EXPO on February 2. Emory employees met with vendors representing all kinds of summer camps and learning opportunities for kids aged 5-17.

Have you ever wished you could click your heels and know where your parents should live? Should they stay in their home, move in with you, or go to an assisted living? These are tough questions.  Join us for a panel discussion to hear from experts in the field who will discuss the pros and cons of each environment.  You will have the opportunity to hear from experts, ask questions and obtain insight.  Panel to include: Representative from home care agency, assisted living and nursing home. No Co-pay in March for Back-Up Care Program
Emory implemented Bright Horizons Back-Up Care program in January 2016. In recognition of its success and to be sure faculty and staff keep using the program, Bright Horizons will be offering no copay during the month of March. Learn more.


Information Session for 2017 Emory Pre-College
The Office of International and Summer Programs is holding an info session about the Emory Pre-College Program for high school students on Wednesday, February 22 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm. Location: White Hall, Room 207, 301 Dowman Dr. This event will include a brief welcome, a program overview and Q & A session. Emory PD Offering P.R.I.D.E. Classes for Parents and Teens
P.R.I.D.E. is a free, two-hour course designed to help parents and their new teen drivers. The program seeks to reduce the high number of crashes, injuries and fatalities involving teen drivers in the state of Georgia. February 25, 2017, 10:30 am- 12:30 pm.
