Why do I need to Know My Numbers?

Knowing your numbers helps you understand important health measures and helps you think about any health habit changes you may want to consider. Health screenings are your opportunity to check key health measurements, including height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose. When you take the time to Know Your Numbers, you receive a free snapshot of your current health status!

Where can I go to get screened?

Step 2: Get your screening & earn your incentive
Your screening will only take about 15 minutes, and you will receive a results brochure with Emory health and wellness resources. Employees and spouses on an Emory medical plan will also earn a $75 Emory medical plan incentive for participating.

Step 3: Take action
Share the results with your primary care provider and start an action plan for a healthy future by completing the online health assessment on Healthy Emory Connect and earn an additional $25 Emory medical plan incentive!
