Operation Eat Right

Balance your nutrition and boost your well-being during Operation Eat Right. During the Healthy Plate Challenge, focus on eating a well-balanced meal, including mostly whole foods. Limit foods and beverages high in added sugars, saturated fat, and sodium.

Record your progress using Healthy Emory Connect (Sharecare) and earn a medical plan well-being incentive or reward!

About this Campaign

Who is eligible?

Operation Eat Right is open to all benefits-eligible employees, as well as spouses and Pre-65 retirees on an Emory medical plan.

When is it?

Operation Eat Right takes place from February 5 – March 31, 2024. You may join the campaign starting January 29, 2024. 

What are the activities?

To earn your medical plan well-being incentive or be eligible for a reward, you must complete the Healthy Plate Challenge and read 4 articles. You can access these activities using Healthy Emory Connect (Sharecare)

Complete the Healthy Plate Challenge

Focus on eating well-balanced meals each day and track your progress in the Sharecare diet tracker for at least 21 days.

How to Participate

Join the Healthy Plate Challenge

  1. Create an account, sign into healthyemory.sharecare.com, or open your Sharecare app
  2. Select Achieve > Challenges, and then look for the Healthy Plate Challenge
  3. Select Join and start tracking your challenge activity

Tracking your Progress

  1. Sign into healthyemory.sharecare.com on your web browser or open your Sharecare app
  2. Go to Achieve > Rewards > Healthy Emory Connect

Any completed activities will appear under the "Completed activities" heading and will have a green checkmark next to them.

  3. Under the Rewards heading, look for Operation Eat Right, then click the tile to open the screen and see available activities

If you're enrolled in an Emory Medical Plan, you can earn a $75 medical plan well-being incentive by completing the Healthy Plate Challenge and reading all 4 articles.

Non-Emory Medical Plan users

If you are not enrolled in an Emory Medical Plan, complete the Healthy Plate Challenge and read all 4 articles to earn a raffle entry for a chance to win rewards.
