New Career Portal and Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) Coming to Emory
In mid-March, both Emory University and Emory Healthcare will convert from the current applicant tracking system (Kenexa/BrassRing) to a new system powered by iCIMS. Emory Temporary Services requests will also be converted to iCIMS. The ease of use and new features offered though iCIMS will make the recruiting process a much better user experience for both Emory administrators and job applicants.

The new system is expected to go live on March 21, 2018. Training will take place for Emory University system users (requisition administrators, recruiters, HR Reps) on February 19-March 9. View the training schedule. Note: Emory Healthcare employees will receive separate communications about their iCIMS training and implementation.

Emory’s Summer Internship Program is Back!
Human Resources is excited to announce the Summer Internship Program is back again this year. This program offers college students who are in the middle of their academic careers a unique opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of Emory University or Emory Healthcare. In previous years, Emory has hired interns to work in labs, help coordinate university events and programs, research and develop new projects, work on IT projects and websites, and more. Designed to last ten weeks (June 4 - August 18), with an option for departments to extend up to twelve weeks (September  1), each department will need to establish learning objectives for their selected intern, and evaluate him/her twice during the program. Hire an intern this summer! Learn more.
