FSAP Life Cycles Workshop:  Caring for the Caregiver

Facilitator:  Thom Corrigan, MSW, Certified Care Manager   

Serving as a caregiver (whether for an elderly parent, an ill spouse or a physically or developmentally challenged child) can be quite taxing physically and psychologically. This workshop will offer opportunities for sharing and addressing the unique challenges many caregivers face and will provide practical strategies  for self-care.
