Is Your Address and Personal Information Up-To-Date?

Sometimes we move, change our phone numbers, or make other changes in our personal lives, but we forget to make sure these changes are kept up-to-date in our official records with Emory. Using Self-Service, you can update your mailing address, emergency contacts, phone numbers, marital status, ethnicity status, and more. Due to federal regulations, we are also collecting data on veteran and disability status. While completion of this information is optional, we encourage you to complete it as it helps us to comply with federal guidelines.

Steps to Check your Personal Information:

  • Go to Self-Service homepage by logging into http://leo.cc.emory.edu
  • Click on the “Personal Information” Tile
  • Click Personal Details Tile
  • You will then see eight menu choices:
    • Addresses
    • Contact Details
    • Marital Status
    • Ethnic Groups
    • Emergency Contacts
    • Additional Information
    • Disability
    • Veteran Status

You can go into each menu item and update your information as needed and then click Save.

For your address, please note that both your local and/or permanent address MUST be a U.S. address in order for your W-2 form to be mailed to you.
