Parking on the Emory Campus? Get Your Permit

You can pick up your 2010 – 2011 Emory parking permit (annual or Eagle) starting now, but you will need to continue using your current permit through August 31, 2010. The new Emory parking permit will be valid from September 1, 2010 – August 31, 2011.

If you intend to park a vehicle anywhere on the Emory campus, you must purchase and display a valid permit. If you have a current annual permit, are enrolled in a commute alternative program (MARTA, carpool, vanpool, bike/walk), or have an Eagle permit, Transportation and Parking Services will automatically issue you a 2010 - 2011 permit, maintain your enrollment in your commute alternative program, or issue you a 2010 - 2011 Eagle permit.

Important:

- Payroll deduction rates will not change for September 1, 2010 – August 31, 2011.

- Any unused daily swipes purchased in FY 2010 will be loaded onto the 2010 -2011 Eagle, the occasional parking permit.  For example, if you bought 20 daily passes in FY 2010 and used only 16 by August 31st, the remaining 4 daily passes would be automatically added to your new permit.

- For commute alternative program participants (carpool, MARTA, etc.) who have a current Cliff permit, you will be issued a new occasional parking permit, which will be an Eagle permit, for 2010 - 2011 loaded with 20 daily passes.

- If you do not wish to renew your permit or wish to discontinue participation in a commute alternative, please email Parking Services at parking@emory.edu.

- If you were unable to pick up your permit at a distribution location, it is available at the Parking Office (1701 Lowergate).
