Self Defense 5-week Course begins May 21st! Keep yourself safe with Fitness Emory's 5-week self-defense class! Each class will cover basic self-defense techniques, mental preparation, prevention strategies to avoid becoming a victim, and keys to heighten awareness of today’s attacker. The cost of the class if only $20.00 for students and WPEC members and $30.00 for non-members. Reserve your sport today by visiting the membership office on the 2nd floor of the Woodruff P.E. Center! Summer Tae Kwon Do begins May 19th! A Traditional Korean Martial art emphasizing strong high kicks and fast hand strikes. Taught in the Traditional Style, Tae Kwon Do enhances flexibility, balance, speed, concentration and self-confidence. Classes will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm in the Woodruff P.E.
