About this Campaign

Who is eligible?

Stress Less, Live More is open to all benefits-eligible employees, as well as spouses and Pre-65 retirees on an Emory medical plan.

When is it?

Stress Less, Live More takes place from October 7 – November 8, 2024. You may join the campaign starting September 30, 2024.

What are the activities?

To earn your medical plan well-being incentive or be eligible for a reward, you must complete the Live Mindfully Challenge and read 4 articles. You can access these activities using Healthy Emory Connect (Sharecare)

Complete the Live Mindfully Challenge

Track how often you experience stress and your level of stress for at least 21 days during the challenge dates.

  1. Try This Quick Technique to Calm Your Anxiety: You only need one minute to refocus your mind and release your worries. Breathing exercises and meditation practices can help you settle your mind. Read this article to reveal a different technique to add to your daily routine.
  2. Take a Vacation for Your Heart’s Sake: Don’t shortchange your well-being by skipping time off. Taking time away helps us to disconnect and destress. Read this article to learn how a getaway can help boost your heart health.
  3. Resilience is a Skill You Can Learn – Here’s How: Spring back into shape with better stress management. Evidence shows that people with greater resiliency are more likely to have positive health outcomes. Read this article to learn how to build your resilience.
  4. The Link Between Your Finances and Your Mental Health: Many of us are stressed about money, hurting our wallets and well-being. Read this article to learn more about positively changing your financial well-being and engaging with a financial advisor.

You must read each article in its entirely to receive credit. 

How to Participate

Join the Live Mindfully Challenge

  1. Create an account or sign into healthyemory.sharecare.com
  2. Select Achieve > Challenges, and then look for the Live Mindfully Challenge
  3. Select Join and start tracking your challenge activity

Tracking your Progress

  1. Sign into healthyemory.sharecare.com on your web browser or open your Sharecare app
  2. Go to Achieve > Rewards > Healthy Emory Connect

Any completed activities will appear under the "Completed activities" heading and will have a green checkmark next to them.

If you're enrolled in an Emory Medical Plan, you can earn a $75 medical plan well-being incentive by completing the Live Mindfully Challenge and reading all 4 articles.

Non-Emory Medical Plan users

If you are not enrolled in an Emory Medical Plan, complete the Live Mindfully Challenge and read all 4 articles to earn a raffle entry for a chance to win rewards.
