If you meet eligibility requirements, you may take up to 12 work weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) in a rolling 12-month period for specified family and medical reasons.

To request FMLA leave, you should complete the FMLA request online through Self-Service. For more details, visit the FMLA webpage.
