Feel Good! Register to Participate in Refresh from Stress!

Throughout the month of November, take some time to Refresh From Stress!  This 30-Day Inspiration is an exciting opportunity for you to engage in 30 simple steps to enhance your emotional health.

Registration Period: October 10 – October 28, 2016
Program Dates: November 1 -30, 2016

How does it work?
After you register, you will receive a welcome email with an overview and the Refresh from Stress activity calendar.  Then, in November, you will complete a variety of suggested activities that will help you increase your resilience -- activities will focus on self-care, mindfulness, social connections, gratitude and other inspirations.

Prizes
All participants who register by October 28, 2016 will receive an FSAP "Refresh Bag,” that includes a journal and other goodies, while supplies last. Participants may also be entered into a drawing for prizes depending on the number of activities completed.

Who can participate?
All Emory Healthcare and Emory University faculty, staff and retirees (except students and non-paid positions) are eligible to participate.
