As a new hire, you should review all of the benefits programs that are available to you and make your selections within the first 31 days of your start date. If you do not enroll in this 31-day window, you will have to wait until the next annual enrollment period.

Emory offers a wealth of benefits for eligible employees — standard employer benefits such as health plans, retirement savings and life insurance, but also a large network of offerings in the areas of wellness, work-life and other perks.

Within the first 31 days of your start date, enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in the benefits programs that are right for you and your family. To learn more about the benefits available to you, visit the Benefits webpage. You also have the option to attend a New Employee Welcome Session to hear directly from Benefits staff and ask questions.
