Emory University Vaccination Tracking
The university is diligently creating plans and guidelines for our return to campus this fall. Health and safety remain a priority and will impact the decision-making process. Emory is tracking faculty, staff, and students vaccinated through Emory Healthcare on the COVID-19 dashboardIf you received your COVID-19 vaccine outside of the Emory system, please upload your vaccine card to the Emory H.O.M.E health portal. This information will ensure we have an accurate representation of our vaccinated community.

An Ounce of Prevention = A Pound of Cure: Colorectal Cancer Screening
Regular colorectal cancer screening is one of the most powerful tools to prevent colorectal cancer. Screening can help detect colorectal cancer in the early stages when it may be easier and less costly to treat.  Colorectal cancer and polyps (growths) do not always cause symptoms.  This is why it is important to get screened regularly. For those employees on an Emory medical plan, there is no out-of-pocket cost for a colonoscopy.  A colonoscopy is considered preventive care and is covered at 100% (no cost to you) if in-network providers are used.  Click here to watch Christina Wu, MD, GI Medical Oncologist with Winship Cancer Center discuss the importance of this screening.
