Do you have an issue or concern at work but don’t know where to turn?
Emory provides several avenues for addressing problems or concerns in the workplace, especially when you may not feel comfortable bringing it to your direct supervisor.  The Open Door Policy, http://policies.emory.edu/4.64 , provides a road map for timely resolution of employee problems, misunderstandings, and complaints.  The Non-Retaliation Policy, http://policies.emory.edu/4.121 prohibits retaliation against employees who make good faith reports of violation of law or policy or other instances of wrongdoing.  Discriminatory harassment, http://policies.emory.edu/1.3, is prohibited and is addressed by the Office of Equal Opportunity.  The Employee Relations Directors are always available to help employees navigate these resolution processes.  Find out how at  http://hr.emory.edu/eu/managers/employeerelations/services.html

The Tuition Reimbursement Program allows employees who work at least 20 hours or more per week to take job-related coursework at educational institutions other than Emory University.
