National Walking Day
Emory will celebrate National Walking Day on Wednesday April 5th! Increase your physical activity by joining one of several 30-minute walks on Emory’s campus – there are several locations to choose from. And, this year Emory is partnering with Big Peach Outreach to coordinate a sneaker donation and recycling opportunity at select Emory locations.  Learn more.

Colorful Choices Challenge – Registration Deadline Extended
More than 2,600 Emory employees have signed up to take the Colorful Choices Challenge and increase their intake of produce!  If you forgot to register, there is still time! The registration deadline has been extended until April 2. For more information visit www.hr.emory.edu/nutritionchallenge.

University Retention Schedule Updated
The student records portion of Emory’s records retention schedule has been updated. The retention schedule identifies and describes the University’s records and provides instructions for their disposition. All employees are required to comply with the retention schedule under Policy 5.21 Records Management. This update affects retention requirements for records held by the Registrar and each school, as well as Admissions, the Career Center, Financial Aid, Student Financial Services, and International Student and Scholar Services. OnBase Town Hall in April and May
LITS Business Services and Records Management will partner to present information for current and prospective OnBase users. Two events will be held, one on Thursday, April 13 and a second on Thursday, May 18. Both are in White Hall Auditorium from 9-11 am. Light refreshments will be provided. Come learn how Emory’s ECM team can help you identify groups of documents and processes in your area where OnBase could be put to work for you. Learn more.

New Workshop Offered: Bullying - What You Need to Know
Student bullying in schools is a major concern. This workshop teaches the specific definition of bullying, how to recognize it and its impact on others.  Parents will learn how to partner with school officials in preventing/reducing incidents, procedures for reporting allegations and methods to support the children. Executive MPH Admissions Info Session
The Rollins School of Public Health is hosting an Admissions Event for the Executive MPH program on Friday, March 31st! The EMPH program will have a session for prospective and applied students starting at 1pm in Grace Crum Rollins (GCR) Building.
