Food=Medicine Conference: The All-Stars of Health

Highlighting the great benefits that nutritional choice can have on our health, the Food = Medicine Conference will educate the public as well as provide continuing education for medical professionals about the growing amount of research that shows that food choice can affect chronic disease and prevention as well as reversal. Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr. of Forks Over Knives fame will give the keynote during dinner Friday night. Nationally recognized health experts and celebrity chefs will present throughout Saturday and Sunday, with adjournment Sunday afternoon. Healthy, plant-based meals will be served and are included in the admission price, as is Saturday evening’s showing of PlantPure Nation, featuring Q&A with director Nelson Campbell. The conference also offers morning group workouts, late night bowling and plenty of social time.
