Finance Matters Workshops Now Open for Registration

The Emory WorkLife Resource Center wants to help you achieve your financial New Year’s resolutions!  We are pleased to launch the spring 2012 workshop offerings for the personal financial education program, Finance Matters.

Last year, we partnered with a different firm, SmartPath Financial, to offer a new, three-session financial education program that was designed to teach participants about the fundamental aspects of personal financial planning, including debt management, retirement planning, insurance, etc.
Based on the feedback we received from workshop participants we are offering many of last year’s workshops again this year.  Upcoming workshops include topics on budgeting, managing consumer debt, real estate, retirement, personal income tax, financial stress, and estate planning.

The courses are designed to help you:

  1. Understand your financial situation.
  2. Learn the best ways to develop and maintain a financial foundation.
  3. Prepare financially for the future.

Visit our Finance Matters webpage to register.
