Tips for Leaders

With Performance Management (PM) season upon us, here are a few tips to help ensure a smooth process:


Communication is key to making sure your managers and employees are aware of what needs to happen when it comes to performance reviews.

After your PM process has launched, send periodic communications reminding people of when the evaluations are due and that they need to be sure to complete all the steps in the process. Remind all employees that they must formally acknowledge their review by clicking the “acknowledge” button before the manager can designate the process as complete.

Let the managers and employees in your department know that support is available to help them.
