How to Enroll


arrow  CURRENT EMPLOYEES

You must enroll during the annual enrollment period: Friday, May 26, 2017 through Friday, June 9, 2017. Emory offers numerous tools and resources to help you make your benefit selections (see Enrollment Checklist). You can also call the Benefits Department with any questions at 404-727-7613.




arrow   NEW HIRES

You may enroll online anytime during your first 31 days of employment. Be sure to attend the new hire orientation to learn more about your benefits options and receive important information. arrow  ENROLL ONLINE

You can enroll online through Self-Service at any computer that has Internet connectivity. To access Self-Service, you will need your network ID and password. If you do not know your network ID or password, call the Libraries and Information Technology Help Desk at 404-727-7777 (available Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). You can also access online enrollment via a kiosk at one of these campus locations:

arrow  WHAT IF YOU DON'T ENROLL?

Coverage will continue for current members. New hires will automatically be enrolled for single, medical coverage. You must enroll your dependents for medical coverage. Dental and Vision are not automatic enrollments; you must make an active election to enroll for coverage.
