403(b) Roth PlanEmory offers the Medical House Staff a 403(b) Roth Plan and a 403(b) Savings Plan. Employees can make contributions to one or more of the following retirement vendors: Fidelity Investments, TIAA-CREF, and The Vanguard Group.
EligibilityAll full-time and part-time employees who are at least 21 years of age are immediately eligible to contribute to the Roth 403(b) Plan. Roth 403(b) contributions are after-tax only. How to Enroll

How to Make Changes to the PlanYou can change your contribution amounts through Employee Self Service. To change your allocations and funds with your vendors, go to your retirement vendor account online. How to Change Your BeneficiariesContact your retirement vendor for changes to your beneficiaries. Vendor ContactsFidelity Investments Vanguard TIAA CREF Financial Services Early Distribution or Withdrawal from your Retirement VendorsIn the event you need a distribution from your retirement vendors, once the completed distribution form is received by the Benefits Department, they will be processed and sent to the vendor. Vanguard and Fidelity do not require an employer signature for certain distributions. TIAA CREF requires an employer signature. Hardships always require proof and employer signature.
