NEW for 2009 in the Aetna Traditional (PPO)

to reasonable and customary.
Some examples of
routine preventive care include:
– Oral examinations
– Routine cleanings and polishing
– Fluoride
– Sealants (permanent molars only)
– Bitewing X-rays
– Full Mouth Series X-Rays
– Space Maintainers
• Also New for Aetna Traditional (PPO) —
Deep Cleaning (full mouth debridement,
CPT 4355) will now be covered under preventive
services as a replacement for one of your routine
cleanings once in a 24 month period of time.
CompBenefits will be changing their name to Humana. This change will come during the 2009 year.
