Highlight: Tuesday & Thursday 6:15am Cycling Class



Breathing & Meditation (B & M)

  • Yoga (Hatha Yoga) of the body includes postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). Yoga is the classical tool that is designed to strengthen the body's ability to maintain proper health of the muscles, joints and spine while relaxing the mind. It's a great way to improve posture, balance and coordination, as well as a stress-buster. Hatha yoga includes: Ananda, Ashtanga, Bikram, Iyengar, Kripalu, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Viniyoga and more.

Rhythmic Step

  • A cardiovascular workout utilizing basic steps on a height-adjustable platform, guaranteed to burn fat, elevate your metabolism.

Powerhouse

  • Weight training intervals combined with step aerobic training. This class focuses on “intensity”—a great option for busy people who want cardiovascular and resistance training in one convenient package!

Boost & Burn

  • Upper and lower body strengthening and toning. Concludes with abdominal work.

The Cyclone

  • An aerobics class for every age and fitness level. This cycling workout simulates flat and hill training, and utilizes a range of resistance and body cycling positions. This revolutionary and exciting cardio-vascular training will challenge your mind and body! Class size limited to the number of bikes available.

Cardio Kickbox

  • A power-packed hour of basic, safe and realistic kickboxing moves. Though the workout is intense, it is simple to follow and is easily modified to any fitness level.

Just move it!

  • A high energy, low-impact aerobics class designed to build cardio endurance and burn fat, combined with the added benefit of intervals of resistance training for strength and muscle toning.

Mat Precision

  • Connect your mind and body through the methods of Joseph Pilates. This graceful workout builds abdominal and torso strength. Exercises are coordinated with breathing and deep abdominal control. Improved posture, flexibility, balance and a streamline shape are just a few of the benefits of Mat Pilates.

Boot Camp/Body Blast

  • Calling all men (and women)! Conditioning class consisting of jumping rope, running, kick boxing, or calisthenic cardio activities with alternating segments of weight training utilizing weights or the body bars—guaranteed to be challenging!

Let's Zumba

  • A fun aerobic class combining modern and latin dance.

African Groove

  • An amazing aerobic, low impact, African dance class to authentic music.

Pump'n'Run

  • A fun and challenging combination of cardio and resistance training upstairs on the track. A great way to start the weekend!

Cardio Dance

  • A fun class-combining modern dance and cardio.

Cardio Fusion

  • A variety of cardio mixed with resistance training.

Kukuwa

  • A blend of Latin, African & Caribbean rhythms that is a lo-impact/high energy, fun-filled cardiodance workout.

Express Sculpt

  • Upper and lower body strengthening and toning. Concludes with abdominal work
