Annual Enrollment is Now Open
Annual benefits enrollment is now open and continues through Nov. 6, 2017. The enrollment period allows you to make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year as well as set aside funds for your Flexible Spending Account. The annual enrollment website contains all of the information you need including the Benefits Guide, rates and steps to enroll. If you would like more information, you can attend the Benefits Enrollment meeting on Wednesday, October 25 at 12:30 pm at the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Auditorium.

America To Go Proudly Offers Sustainable Vendors
In an effort to reach Emory’s landfill diversion goals, America to Go now offers caterers labeled “Zero-Landfill Waste.” These newly designated caterers are helping achieve the goal of eliminating virtually all landfill waste from events on campus by 2020. “Zero-Landfill Waste” means that all packaging and service are are either compostable or recyclable, and that Styrofoam materials are eliminated entirely from events.  Read more.


Is Your Address and Personal Information Up-To-Date?
Sometimes we move, change our phone numbers, or make other changes in our personal lives, but we forget to make sure these changes are kept up-to-date in our official records with Emory. Using Self-Service, you can update your mailing address, emergency contacts, phone numbers, marital status, ethnicity status, and more. Due to federal regulations, we are also collecting data on veteran and disability status. While completion of this information is optional, we encourage you to complete it as it helps us to comply with federal guidelines. Read more.

Childcare Openings at Early Emory Center for Child Development and Enrichment
The Early Emory Center for Child Development and Enrichment is currently enrolling children 12 months through pre-kindergarten, year-round. The center values children’s early childhood years as the most magical, teachable moments for learning and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, located on the Emory University Clairmont Campus. Emory employees receive a 10% discount on tuition and priority admission. Read more.


Ethics and the Arts Program Documentary Screening of “Screenagers”
The Ethics and the Arts Program at Emory Center for Ethics is co-sponsoring a Parent Series coordinated by The Willow Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting early childcare education through children, educators and parents. As a part of The Willow Foundation’s Parent Series, the documentary screening of “Screenagers” will be shown in the Ethics Commons room 102 on October 25th at 7-9pm. Buy tickets here. The documentary highlights the difficulties of growing up in a technology based society and the effects this has on our youth. There will also be a diverse panel discussion following the screening.
