On July 31, 2012, voters across the Metro Atlanta region will decide whether to approve a 1% sales tax across 10 counties to fund a list of transportation projects in these counties.

Kronos Upgrade and Service Interruption on June 18
UTS and Payroll are currently working on a scheduled upgrade to the KRONOS timekeeping system for non-exempt employees.  As a result of this upgrade, employees attempting to access KRONOS via telephone on Monday June 18 may experience busy signals from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you are unable to clock during this time, please contact your department Timekeeper.

Emory University was cited as a best practice example in the “Best Practices in Workplace Eldercare Study” conducted by The National Alliance for Caregiving for ReACT. Read more.

Emory PD Offering P.R.I.D.E. Classes for Parents and Teens
P.R.I.D.E. is a free, two-hour course designed to help parents and their new teen drivers. The program seeks to reduce the high number of crashes, injuries and fatalities involving teen drivers in the state of Georgia.
