Important Payroll Schedule Change for Timekeepers

timeclockPayroll is asking assistance with the first bi-weekly pay period after Project Compass goes live on September 1st.  The Project Compass Team needs an additional day of processing time to make certain that all information has been converted correctly in both Kronos and PeopleSoft HR/Payroll.

Timekeepers are being asked to approve and submit requests by 10 a.m. on Monday, September 7 (Labor Day Holiday), in order to ensure that bi-weekly employees are paid accurately and timely for the pay period ending September 5, 2009.

Additional instructions include requesting that all timecards are reviewed and issues are addressed prior to the end of day on Friday, September 4, in order to minimize the amount of time needed to approve timecards.  Also, prior cycle requests should be submitted as soon as possible to avoid additional work on Monday, September 7.

If you are a Timekeeper and have additional questions about this change, please contact the Payroll department as soon as possible. Payroll apologizes for any inconvenience that this may cause Timekeepers and thanks them in advance for their assistance.
