Visit Your Aetna Personalized Website - Anytime

Aetna, Emory’s partner for healthier living, knows that life doesn’t have a pause button. Sometimes, you can’t get to the important stuff until the day is done. Or before it starts. Either way, Aetna Navigator has you covered.

Aetna Navigator is your personal website to use whenever you like to manage your health and your health benefits. The site is secure, so your information is protected. And it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – from wherever you have internet access.

Get Started Today!

Go to www.aetna.com. Click on “New to the site? Register Now!” in the “Member Log In” section and follow the instructions to get started.

Available Resources

  • Use your personalized DocFind® online directory to find health care professionals and facilities that participate in your plan — in English or Spanish.

  • Review who’s covered under your Aetna health benefits or health insurance plan.

  • Download medical, dental and pharmacy claims — for you and your family — to your computer.

  • Print your Health History Report — a handy summary of your doctor visits, medical tests, prescriptions and other activities — and share it with your doctor.

  • Get Member Services phone numbers and mailing addresses.

  • Send secure e-mails to Aetna Member Services (also available in Spanish); from the claims detail page, send messages about specific claims with important information already filled in.

  • Link to health resources to learn about conditions, treatments and even physical fitness.

  • Ask for e-mail alerts when new information, such as Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, becomes available.

  • Print wallet-size temporary member ID cards and order replacement cards.

  • Print standard Aetna forms.

  • Look up costs for health care services such as office visits, medical tests and surgeries before you seek care. Compare hospital outcomes (for certain procedures) to help decide where to receive medical care. This way, you’ll be better able to plan for your expenses.

  • Learn how much you might save by choosing a doctor who participates in the Aetna network.
