OnBase is an enterprise content management (ECM) system.  OnBase provides a way to capture, organize, and store information, often from paper-based documents, and automate the business processes associated with those documents. Workflow is an important component of OnBase and provides the means to convert a paper-based process to an electronic process.

Automating information identiTy, classification, and management is a key component to compliance with Emory’s Records Management Policy 5.21.

Come learn how Emory’s ECM team can help you identify groups of documents and processes in your area where OnBase could be put to work for you.
