Emory Cards Must Be Recoded

During the month of March, Emory is updating the software used to manage the EmoryCard system.  As part of that process, all faculty and staff are asked to recode their EmoryCard prior to Friday, April 2, 2010 in order to continue to access campus libraries, gymnasiums and other Emory facilities.

Recoding an EmoryCard is easy to do - just swipe it twice through one of the service encoding stations located on campus.   Encoding stations are located at:

- The security desk at Woodruff Library;
- The Human Resource Department lobby at the 1599 building on Clifton Road; and
- The Student Financial Services office (Room 101, B. Jones Building).
- Oxford faculty and staff can update their EmoryCard at the Student Financial Services office in Seney Hall.

EmoryCards that are not recoded by April 2 will not function at locations on campus.  If you need to recode after April 2, you can do so only at the Student Financial Services desk in the B. Jones building.

For more information, please contact the Student Financial Services office during business hours at 404-727-6095.
